Hidden Talents Homes creates quality and aspirational property for both residential and commercial projects.
With over twenty years experience of curating and developing customer-led experiences, Hidden Talents Homes embarks on our second large-scale residential development at The Lodge, Drayton having previously developed The Dial, Reepham a mix of seventeen residential properties plus an eight-bedroom boutique hotel.
During the twenty years of business we have enjoyed extensively renovating and building on to our existing business portfolio curating some of the finest hotel rooms in the country alongside individual dining experiences and looking to add value to our customers at every opportunity.
Developing residential homes for people is no different. We look to take on schemes that others would not. We relish the opportunity to work with difficult sites be it historical or geographical our focus is on selecting sites that offer a unique lifestyle for people and ultimately creating communities of like-minded people - it’s why we do what we do!
